How to view ongoing respondent participation status

for the 2018 nationwide assessment of the National Procurement Strategy

Once given access, regional leads (or their nominated representatives) can monitor ongoing participation status of organisations within the region.

Follow the instructions below.

(In addition to the invitation email, several automatic email reminders will be sent to respondents who have not yet submitted their response – these will include the unique links each respondent will require to access their response)

Steps to access, and view your region’s participation stats

The process is outlined below:

Follow the link in the email

Click on the link sent to you by email or go directly to https://lganps.saas.nipltd.com

Login

Enter email address and password (click ‘Forgotten Password’ if you can’t remember your password).

If this is the first time you’ve been given access, use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link to set a new password.

Go to 'Reports'

Click on ‘Reports’ in the top menu

Click 'view'

Find your report in the table.

If you have multiple reports, the ‘Year’ and ‘Tier’ columns will indicate which one you want.

Click the ‘view’ link next to the report you want to open.

Click 'Participation' tab

(Note, this is also where you can access the full report for your region).

Click the ‘Participation’ tab to access.

Click 'see participation detail'

(Note, you can hover over the chart to see more detailed status region).

Click the ‘see participation detail’ tab to access to view the status of each individual organisation.

View full list of organisations

(Note, use the colour key in top right to identify organisation who have not yet completed their assessment).

Click ‘Done’ to close this view.

Automated reminders will be sent to participants who have not yet submitted a response 7, 2, and 0 days before the deadline (26th October 2018).

For organisations that have not yet submitted a response, it is recommended that you rely on the automated reminder emails (as they contain the unique links respondents need in order to access their response), but you may wish to additionally prompt people ahead of those reminders as the deadline approaches.
