The National Procurement Strategy assessment is delivered and managed by SPS Consultancy Services in partnership with NIP
SPS Consultancy Services has been working with activity management specialists, NIP , to bring this approach to the commercial cycle for over three years.
SPS developed the Commercial Contracting Challenge diagnostic for local government in partnership with the East of England LGA (EELGA which is being successfully utilised by councils seeking to improve in this important area
SPS also designed and ran the LGA’s NPS 2014 diagnostic and are now running the latest one for NPS 2018
These diagnostics are making major contributions to targeted improvement in the councils and regions where they have been run.
